‘Tis the season to get sozzled and fall over!
I am not generally a big drinker but Christmas is the time to celebrate another great year, family time and all the cheese! I am all about cocktails and cheers-ing the new year in style. And, with the help of the delicious fresh juices from Prago, you can take a little summer sunshine and remix it in with all the Christmas delight!
Here’s my Winter Pineapple Cocktail featuring Pago!
I know you’re probably laughing at Pineapple cocktails in December and at Christmas, right?! I feel ya, I do. But come on, you know me, I am such a summer bean! If I can inject a little summer into my cocktails, I always will!
1 bottle of Pago Pineapple Juice
1x 25ml shot of White Rum (I prefer Malibu)
1x 25ml shot of Dark Rum (the boy prefers Kraken)
Cherries to garnish
Get yourself one of those snazzy cocktail shakers and drown some ice in there. The trick here is to get the shakers literally as cold as ice! I am all smash zero fuss, so I just chuck it all in the shaker once it’s cold enough and shake it like a Polaroid picture!
