With Christmas now behind us, it’s time to start looking after ourselves once again. Gone are the days of lie ins, minimal showering and maximum food-stuffing-into-your-mouth, sadly!
One of the most problem areas that flares up for me following a huge binge period has got to be my skin. I know many of your also have spot flare ups, dry skin bouts and oily residue left after the season of indulgence. We are only human! Who doesn’t plaster the make up on and brush those tresses to their limit over Christmas. Never mind the endless amount of chocolate and cheese we force ourselves to eat. And by force ourselves I mean, if you’re half as greedy as me then it wont have been too much of a chore!
As a beauty blogger I do lots of make up posts and skin care posts – with the want to do more skin care posts being one of my blog goals for 2016. And, being the guinea pig for most of my posts I know first hand how your skin can suffer.
