Autumn Interiors

Good Homeware is next to Godliness.

I saw a line on Twitter recently that stated that Millennials are obsessed with homeware and indoor plants because they wont be able to afford children. While this is super cheerful and optimistic for our generation, I for one take massive pride in my home and what’s inside of it.
My homeware obsession has grown and grown since I started my blogging journey but I know that I am not the only one constantly updating my Living Room with candles, cushions and throws. So, to encourage you all to keep that obsession like me, here’s my pick of this year’s Autumn Interiors.

B&M Bargains has long since been one of my favourite places to shop for all things home. It was once a well kept secret, an Aladdin’s cave if you will, hidden in plain sight on the high street, bursting with amazing home ware gems and so much more. Within the last two years of my blogging career, the cat escaped from the bag and B&M bargains has become loved by all – and not just us bloggers!

My picks From B&M kind of reflect my real life picks when I set foot into their stores. I am all about candles this season – I mean, who isn’t? I save up all of my scented candles for this time of year. As soon as the evenings start to get a little darker and the temperature drops, that’s it, I get my matches out and get lighting my scented candles all around my house!

B&M do a really good range of scents with different levels of scent strengths which works for all the hard done by blogger boyfriends who get headaches from flickering flames and houses smelling like puddings! I am loving their packaging right now, while I love me a Jo Malone, girl can’t keep literally burning money – ya feel me?

I find myself wandering into H&M Home department like twice a week at the moment. I am constantly in there snapping away ideas on my phone and arranging bits to see if they’d look good inside my home.
I basically use my local branch as an interactive Pinterest board and I think I might get barred soon.

Either way, my obsession with H&M Home is growing by the second. I am all for the fluffiest of cushions for Autumn and for blog photos – they make the cutest background! I think, by this point, I have at least ten blankets in my living room, but what’s one or two more – especially when you consider how fluffy they are!?

Oh, Matalan, I love you! A heaven of homeware where you can buy Chelsea boots and sweets, all wrapped into one! Matalan is one of those shops I creepily frequent on the run up to Christmas for their wicked unique gifts and many many items of their homeware range also happen to fall in my trolley.

Can you blame me though? It’s all just so lovely! Soft wood furnishings with super cute antler motifs – I mean, what’s not to love?

I am all about warming up your interiors as the temperature outside plummets and Matalan smash it every time!

What would be in your Autumn Interiors?

Where do you ship for homeware?

I love scented candles! My favourite thing to do when I get home from work is to put on my pjs and light a scented candle. It is just so relaxing and ends the day off well!

I love Matalan for homeware right now, their products really seem to be the same style as brands like John Lewis etc – but without the huge price tag! x
