First Impressions: Discovering eSalon’s Hair Care Gems
It’s been a while since I did a First Impressions post. I recently embarked on a new postpartum hair journey with a brand that’s been catching my eye for a while—eSalon. Known for its personalised hair colour solutions, eSalon has expanded its horizons into hair care products. I got my hands on a few of their much-talked-about offerings: the Universal Leave-In Conditioner, Lift Mist, and their Shampoo & Conditioner. Check out my first impressions and see if these products live up to the buzz.

Universal Leave-In Conditioner
First up is the Universal Leave-In Conditioner, and so far, it’s love at first spray! As a mother to a toddler, the key to good haircare is keeping it simple and making it accessible. I swear by a good leave-in conditioner to keep my locks hydrated, healthy and shiny in just a few spritzes.
This product promises to detangle, hydrate, and protect all hair types, and it doesn’t disappoint. The application is a breeze—just a few spritzes on damp hair, and you’re good to go. It leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft and manageable without weighing it down. Plus, it has a light, pleasant fragrance that’s not overpowering. For someone with hair that tends to tangle easily, this conditioner has been a game-changer.
Lift Mist
If you’re looking for volume and bounce, this is your new best friend. Designed to add lift at the roots and overall body to your hair, this mist works wonders. After towel-drying my hair, I spray it at the roots and combed it through. The result? Noticeable volume that lasts throughout the day without that dreaded crunchy texture. It’s perfect for those of us who need a little extra oomph without the fuss of a full blowout routine.

Shampoo & Conditioner
Finally, I wanted to share my first impressions of the eSalon Shampoo & Conditioner duo. These two products are formulated to complement each other perfectly. The shampoo offers a thorough cleanse without stripping away natural oils, leaving my scalp feeling fresh. The conditioner, on the other hand, provides the right amount of nourishment and moisture, making my hair feel silky smooth. Together, they strike the perfect balance for maintaining healthy hair. The scent is subtly refreshing, and a little goes a long way, which I always appreciate.
Stay Tuned…
I plan on trying out these great products from eSalon for a few weeks. Then I will share my final thoughts. If you’re a fellow Mama or someone who needs a little more self-care in your life, you’re going to love it.

Touching Up Colour: Typically, we recommend applying hair colour every 4-6 weeks.
Should you use eSalon on clean or dirty hair?
It’s tempting to wash your hair before you colour it, but dirty hair is the way to go. Why? Colour molecules attach to your follicles best when they have small particles of dirt and natural oils to hold onto.

I love a good leave-in conditioner so this brand’s version sounds really good. The fact it is so quick and easy is definitely a plus!
