AD: Drink Low, Drink Mary
Looking for an alternative to high-calorie, high alcohol drinks this winter? Feeling to detox after the advent calendars, Christmas parties, and non-stop booze of the festive season? Today’s blog post is for you. I am completely teetotal right now – I am growing a human and taking good care of myself. But I’ve had the pleasure of testing our Mary – and now you can get the lowdown from me!

Who Are Mary?
Mary’s low alcoholic gin drink is a responsibly sourced botanical blend of flavours and spices – with a dash of alcohol thrown in.
It was designed for those who wanted to enjoy a drink with a lighter touch on the mind, body and soul.
Mary delivers on super fresh tastes, sophisticated dryness and a moreish flavour that you rarely get from the strong stuff.
What’s In It?
The company behind Mary are all about one thing: the flavour. They spent years infusing and mixing different herbs and spices to make Mary the perfect pour.
Inside this light liquour, you’ll find:
Basil
Sage
Thyme
Juniper
Coriander Seed
Angelica Root
Pine
Grain Spirit
and more!

Do I Rate Mary?
Currently, I am 100% teetotal, I’ve got a baby on board so no alcohol is passing my lips for the foreseeable future. However, in the months before I was pregnant, when I was being more careful with my diet, the things I put into my body and what made my body tick, I LOVED sipping on Mary!
As we all are, I’m slowly becoming more aware of what I put in my body, why I should take better care of it and the effect my consumption has on the world.
Being conscious means that I’m looking into products with ingredients like this tasty beverage. It means I’m making better choices and healthier swaps.
Even if you aren’t trying to conceive and you just want to drink something tasty but not full of chemicals and sweeteners, you should give Mary a go!

I don’t really drink too much but when I do I don’t like the taste of my drinks if they are too strong so this drink sounds perfect for me! X

Oh my goodness, this sounds delicious, Rosie. I was given a couple of botanical no alcohol gins at Christmas and they were yummy, so this is definitely something I will look into, thank you,

Oooh – I’m fascinated! Gin is one of my favorites to include in mixed bevs, but I haven’t heard of Mary before. I like that it has a lower alcohol percentage but still includes so many incredible flavor notes. I can’t wait to give it a try!
