Lucia Magnani Revitalising Bio Cellulose Face Mask available from Harvey Nichols is almost like a silicone sheet mask on your skin. It’s all natural and the mask itself is super robust and sturdy – no slipping and sliding off your face mid-pamper! The gel infused in the mask that sits and sets into your face is gel-like and cool to touch. It soothes your skin without feeling harsh or superficial. It is incredibly luxurious feeling and the gel seeps into your skin so seamlessly without any crazy cold dribble coming down your neck and grossing you out!

The most notable thing about this mask – the thing that shouts it out from any other sheet mask I’ve ever used – is that the sheet actually hugs your face. That sounds so silly now that I’ve written it down but honestly, the mask is thick and feels like money but it really gets into the grooves and contours of your face!

Before using this mask, I had been out in the sunshine soaking up the rays, I’d had dental surgery and the left side of my face was hugely swollen and purple and yellow from bruising. My face was tender to touch for days after my operation and I was really worried that the mask would be way too invasive on my poor skin, especially around the jaw and chin area.
But the mask felt amazing on my tender skin. My skin felt calm while wearing the mask but the results after were lovely…

My skin had gone from feeling tight, dry and stressed to light, plump in a healthy way and revitalised. I didn’t realise how dry and sore my skin had been before but since taking off the mask and rubbing in, gently, the left over gel on my skin, the moisture now locked into areas around my eyes, on my forehead and the dryer parts of my chin and neck!

The reason I love this mask so much is because of the long lasting effects. A day after my mask session my skin still felt brand new. My skin was like I’d just been born, it was so plump, healthy looking and dewy!
I kept up my usual skincare routine in the days following the use of the Lucia Magnani mask and since my dental surgery it has been hard going; I’ve not been able to work, I’ve been really down and feeling low because I hate being poorly and the pain has been much more than expected.
