Winter Skin Care

With Christmas now behind us, it’s time to start looking after ourselves once again. Gone are the days of lie ins, minimal showering and maximum food-stuffing-into-your-mouth, sadly!

One of the most problem areas that flares up for me following a huge binge period has got to be my skin. I know many of your also have spot flare ups, dry skin bouts and oily residue left after the season of indulgence. We are only human! Who doesn’t plaster the make up on and brush those tresses to their limit over Christmas. Never mind the endless amount of chocolate and cheese we force ourselves to eat. And by force ourselves I mean, if you’re half as greedy as me then it wont have been too much of a chore!

As a beauty blogger I do lots of make up posts and skin care posts – with the want to do more skin care posts being one of my blog goals for 2016. And, being the guinea pig for most of my posts I know first hand how your skin can suffer.

So, I have teamed up with the lovely people at Ghergich & co. and Health Perch to help show you lovely visitors and readers what your problem skin may mean, health wise and product wise, as well how to treat the issues.

These guys are the leaders in health magazines and the most up to date graphics – tried and tested by many! So take a look and see how you can treat your skin after the harsh holiday period!

This is a great article, Rosie! Well done!
It’s great to inform about the risks our skin can face during cold weather months. I normally just get super dry skin in winter or those weird brown (kind of like a chemical burn) patches just below my eyes. I was told before it’s due to hormones & stress. Must have a relaxing pamper night soon 🙂 Thanks for sharing, girlie!
