2019 Reflection
Hello you lovely lot! It’s been a while, hasn’t it! LoveRosiee has unfortunately, been out of action for far longer than I had hoped but I am back with a vengeance! Some of you may know that I had to put my love and passion of blogging on the back burner in the last part of 2019 due to reasons like a close family bereavement, huge renovations on my house and then Christmas. And, it killed me! I’m not going to lie to you, I feel like a bird that’s been trapped in a cage for the longest time. And, I wont lie, I’m a little bit rusty.
So, I’m kicking off the start of 2020 with a reflection of 2019 on LoveRosiee and some hopes and dreams for the new decade!
Thank you so much for hanging in there with me, 2020 is gonna be REAL!
So, I thought that I would start with a roundup of some of my blogging collaboration highlights for 2020!

I started off 2019 with a solid plan on where I wanted LoveRosiee to go, I had an aim for each month of the year for brands that I wanted to work with and I was lucky enough to secure some of those quite early in 2019!
I loved working with Bioderma on some new skincare techniques and really getting to know my skin as a girl in their now-late twenties. Wow that sounds weird.
A dream came true for me when I was approached by the incredible Feather and Down following a review of them in a well-known subscription box. I absolutely love the brand and it was a true pinch-me moment when I received so much from them all for LoveRosiee – stay tuned for 2020 when our collaboration continues!
Koppaberg was a great one for me! I said to my fiance, I want to work with Koppaberg because I am a true customer. If anyone knows me, their strawberry and lime cider is my go-to drink at any pub – in any season! This summer I was approached organically by Koppaberg (I think they’d seen a full summer of strawberry cider infused on my Instagram). It was great to try some of their new flavours and expansion – there will be more for this collaboration in summer 2020!

I’ve worked with Lee Stafford multiple times in the past but I always try to keep my content and reviews fresh. I worked super hard to secure the new Keep It Clean range and it paid off. The review was a hit and my hair has been singing ever since!
Visiting Pennyhill Park was not actually blog related. I won the stay as a gift from my offline job but it helped me open up and share a little more about my life, behind the scenes and my man. It was lush to have a full spa weekend and pretend that I had the luxe life. It was also great to feel treated and reflect on what I really wanted from blogging!
Herbalife and I have worked together a lot since LoveRosiee was created four years ago. In 2019 I collaborated with them on so many campaigns and this one was really one of my favourites. As you guys know, I’m getting married in 2020 and now is the time to dig deep and get my wedding bod on – with more help from Herbalife!

I would say, my biggest achievement of 2019 was being invited to the TKMaxx flagship London store to go shopping for LoveRosiee. When the email invite landed in my inbox I could have cried! I was invited to central London to explore the store and go shopping and did I shop!? I kitted myself out with Halloween bits, Christmas gifts, Christmas decorations and even some wedding stuff – all kindly gifted by TKMaxx! I still look back at the content and fully pinch myself!
Alex Silver PR are a great PR group that I’ve worked with since back in the early days. I love their clients Kiss Nails and I am sad to say that Kiss will no longer be working with ASPR in 2020 but the many, many collaborations have been a pleasure! Kiss really look after their bloggers and gift the most incredible events, days out and blogger mail! I will always be a nail lover!
Antipodes for me were a brand that I had my eye on to work with for many years. I never actually thought that it would be possible but earlier this year, they reached out and the rest is history. I’ve worked with them numerous times in 2019 and I adore their skincare! Come 2020 and there will be so much more!

In Autumn of 2019, I was approached to be interviewed for the Berkshire Life Magazine. This was so out of the blue for me and something that I kept under my hat for the longest time and then when it came out I was approached in the street and at work! I am so awkward with things like that but it was so cool!
I bought so many copies for my family and had a little five minutes of Windsor fame – what a joy!
I’ve indirectly worked with Mavala for many years but when they approached me in 2019 to discuss a direct working relationship, I was chuffed! I love anything to do with skincare or nails and their beautiful autumn ranges are still going strong on my nails!
Rabot 1745 was a funny one for me. In 2018, I visited their restaurant in London and started looking into what else they offer – their chocolate infused food is out of this world! Funnily enough, my man was at their restaurant this winter and sent me a snap of it. That afternoon, Rabot 1745 reached out to me to work together! The universe works in mysterious ways – that’s for sure!
2019 was good to me. I learnt many lessons within blogging and I came out of it with an even thicker skin than before. I learnt that just because you aren’t part of a clicque, doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. I also learnt that being creative helps my soul. One thing that shocked me is how much I realised that I am not ready to share the behind the scenes of my wedding just yet – maybe in 2020, I’ll be ready to share more of my very private day!
I am so ready for 2020 and what it holds for me! I am here to learn, grow and understand the craft of content creation and so much more!
Coming next is a New Years Resolution post of sorts – I know that these are literally EVERYWHERE right now, but mine has a bit of a twist!
What are some of your biggest achievements of 2019?
LoveRosiee
