Today, I have the joy of mixing two of my favourite things for the pleasure of writing this blog for you. If you know me, you know that I love nothing more than a cocktail night. I also love fashion – especially now that we are journeying through Autumn where it’s acceptable to wear a million layers and have a wardrobe bursting with knitted jumper and woolly hats. Vintage Jersey Dress Inspired By A Glass of Red

Autumn to me means a few things: Sunday afternoon movies, blankets, candles burning and a large glass of red wine.

While vino isn’t technically a cocktail, it’s all I need to get excited about cosy Autumn days!

This beautiful vintage jersey dress is so flattering on my curves, it reaches just below my knees and is super lightweight. It would be perfect with woolly tights and knee high boots! I will be wearing this super sweet and oh so casual dress to every pub lunch this Autumn!

Gorgeous Slouch Cardigan Inspired By A Chocolate Orange Cocktail

Autumn for me is all about comfort, layers and knitted items. When I saw this beautifully orange knitted cardigan on Joe Browns, I knew it had to be mine!

This cardigan speaks to me on so many levels. It inspired me love for chocolate orange cocktails and feeling like a kid but acting like an adult!

This cocktail is delicious on a Friday night if you’re not a big drinker (like me), it’ll take the edge off of your week without getting you blotto!

I made mine like this:
– 1 shot of Chocolate Orange Baileys
– 1 shot of Amaretto for sweetness (you could swap this out for Malibu if you prefer a coconut taste)
– Chocolate Yazoo
– Plenty of ice
– Shake it up

Lightweight Duster Coat Inspired By An Espresso Martini

A duster coat, for me, is a MUST for Autumn! And a black one that is lightweight, ties perfectly and is the ideal length, well it’s got to be done, hasn’t it!

This gorgeous duster jacket is so versatile and light and it will work with literally every Autumn outfit that I have!

I love me an espresso martini, it’s a cocktail I won’t make at home (imagine, I’d be bouncing off the walls) so it’s a special “out out” treat!

This lightweight duster jacket will make dressing up for Autumn easy – I can pop it over any outfit and give myself a little warmth. I can also wear it to work (lol, I work remotely but ya know). It’s super versatile and super comfortable.

I’m 5 foot 4, so finding something the perfect length can be tricky – I either look like I’ve stolen an adult’s clothes or I look dumpy. This duster jacket does not do that and for that, I will forever be thankful!
