Disneyland Paris Hacks 1

Disneyland Paris is the place of dreams. Whether you are a baby, a child or a fully grown adult (or in my case, a child pretending to be an adult) you’d be crazy if you hadn’t contemplated visiting the land where dreams come true! I was insanely luck this May to get to go to Disneyland Paris for my 25th Birthday and my GOD it was the best weekend of my life!

I knew, though, that while I was there, that I REALLY could have done with some help.. some hacks if you will. There are SO many hints and tricks that you can do to make your time at Disney so much cooler, less stressful and even more magical! So, after all this time, here are my Disneyland Paris Hacks!

First up, let’s talk tickets…

My amazing boyfriend found my entire Disney trip on none other than Groupon! Yep, that’s right, he found the entire trip over there for a crazy deal and only had to tweak odd times of flights etc. to make it a little more suited!

So, my first Hack would be to get yourself over there for the best deals!

You can also find really good tickets and deals by checking the official Disneyland page – but be prepared! This will not be the cheapest break you’ve ever had – even if it is just a mini break!

We stayed in the amazing Kyriad Hotel which is a Disney affiliated hotel. I would 100% recommend staying in one of the many Disney affiliated hotels because they are right on the strip to the park and you are offered a free shuttle bus every half hour. Luckily, our bus came around every 15 minutes!

Our hotel was really nice, quite basic but we really didn’t spend a lot of time actually in the room. It had really good facilities and a friggin’ petting zoo – you can imagine my excitement!

Some of the other Disney affiliated hotels on that same strip that I can recommend for anyone – young families, couples etc. are listed below!

Disney’s Hotel New York – situated a stone’s throw from the park and it looked amazing from the outside! This is the hotel my boyfriend stayed in when visiting the park twenty years ago and he LOVED it!

Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne this one is a little on the most expensive side compared to hotel I stayed in but has a few more facilities for smaller kids!

Dream Castle Hotel looked amazing from the outside. It is inspired by old century European Castles and it is such a dream for every little Princess!

Magic Circus Hotel is a 4* hotel a little way out of the park with cool surroundings and lots of open space!

A HUGE tip that I wish we’d have known before we even got on the bus to the park was to buy water bottles and pack them in your bags. Hell, buy two! Water bottles and refreshments are crazy expensive inside the park and at peak times the queues can be crazy busy!

There is a free water fountain just inside the Town Hall past Minnie Mouse’s house and had I known this, I could have refilled my water bottles to my heart’s content! It is so important to stay hydrated but when you are running around like an insane 6 year old, you need to keep sipping that h2o!

There are SO many more Disneyland Paris hacks to come and I am really excited to share them with you! So, stay tuned!
