Many things have happened this year that have pushed me out of my comfort zone and made change possible. Sometimes, change and growth will only happen when we leave our comfort zones. A big thing that I decided to is change the way I create content for LoveRosiee. I wanted to mix up my feed with flatlays, lifestyle posts and more fashion. So, when Katch Me reached out to ask if I’d like to try some of their Autumn bits, I said yes! Here is my Katch Me Review!
Who Are Katch Me?
Katch Me are a fashion brand that do it all – knits, jackets, loungewear, underwear – the lot. Their sleek website shows off tiny models who wear gorgeous clothes in the most fashionable way and they cream glam!
The brand wanted me to try out some of their Autumn highlights for the chilly season!
Shearling Denim Jacket
I am all for cosy fashion and layering this Autumn – the more layers you have, the more you can mix up, take off etc. Layers are always my Autumn go to!
I like this jacket much more on the model than I do on myself!
The jacket comes as two separate pieces which makes it difficult to look put together – but maybe that’s the look!
Looking at these snaps, I feel like the denim isn’t long enough for my body shape and I don’t look anything like their model! But this jacket is warm and cosy, that’s for sure!
This jacket would be great paired with wet-look leather leggings and chunky boots – but maybe on a model that isn’t quite as mid-sized as me!
Grey Cable Knit Jumper Dress
Now this is much more! Usually, I am dress girl – I very rarely wear jeans or trousers so a nice knitted jumper is usually my uniform for Autumn!
This beautiful, grey, cable knitted jumper dress is thick but stretchy and not too figure hugging. The length is perfect for me (I’m five foot four) and the material is snuggly without making my hair stand on end.
I love this cable knit jumper dress, it’s snug without being uncomfortable and is perfect when paired with boots. It is also easy to dress up for night time! (lol, I never leave my house at night!)
Camel Faux Fur Leopard Jacket
The faux fur jacket is perfect for freezing cold, but dry, days. It is made with a shearling material that traps in all of your body heat and doesn’t let it escape.
The jacket itself is quite light-weight and I like the zip to adjust the level of snuggle. Sadly, like the shearling denim jacket, I don’t think it really suits my mid-size shape and actually makes me look massive!
I would definitely wear this jacket as part of my loungewear when I’m working from home but I probably wouldn’t wear it out of the house for fear of looking like my Nanny Pat!
My feelings are that this jacket would look gorgeous on someone else but my shape doesn’t quite work!
My Verdict on Katch Me
I’ll be completely honest. I am 28 year old girl that is somewhere between a size 12 and 14 (UK). Much like many of you, I have no interest in showing off my midriff, I don’t like anything too tight or cropped.
Maybe I should have been weary when I saw that the majority of Katch Me’s clothing went up to only a size 12.
It’s ok that I am curvy, I love my curves and while I’m not the most confident person in the world, I feel like I know how to dress to accentuate what I’ve got.
I love the cable knit jumper dress but the other items just didn’t suit me – and I don’t know if they’d suit someone else with my curvy, hour glass figure.
I liked the materials but I’m not sure that Katch Me is the place for me to shop!
