Mavala Twist & Shine Range Review

Being a Mavala Ambassador is amazing, I get to do loads of fun stuff with a brand that I am completely behind and I get to try so many amazing collections before they hit the shops. Today, it’s all about Mavala’s brand new Twist & Shine Range. Get ready for everything festive, glitter and glam!

Twist & Shine

Created to add that extra bit of sparkle and shine to Christmas 2020, the Twist & Shine range encapsulates all the glitter and joy of the festive season in one range. Al shades are glittery and inspired by festive sparkle and astronomical beauty.

The Range

The range is complete with six glittery nail polishes:

Copper Twist

Copper Twist is a blazing, blood orange, copper nail polish with flecks of fiery orange glitter. It was created to reflect Winter fires and it is perfect on a paler hand!

Moon Twist

This pale pink glitter polish is much softer and subtle but has a gorgeous sparkle of pink – perfect for pre-Christmas sparkle!

Black Twist

The darkest nail polish of the range, a pearly black colour that would work in those dark January months when everything feels a bit dark.

Ice Twist

Ice, ice baby! Sparkling white with hints of pinky pearls. It looks like a gorgeous frosted Christmas tree when on – I think that this one will be my go-to colour for all of December.

Blue Twist

This light blue glittery nail polish is not one I’d expect to see over the Festive Season but it feels so right in this collection. A lighter hue of blue that feels ice cold and wintery – you could wear it right through to February!

Golden Twist

I mean, it’s not Christmas without gold is it? While my house won’t have much gold in it, my nails can! Gold and Christmas go together like peas and carrots!

My thoughts on the Twist & Shine range

If you’re looking to effortlessly add a bit of sparkle, shine and brightness to your festive season, this is the range for you!

As with all Mavala products, the formula is just right. Application is easy, smooth and long lasting. When using Mavala products for nail preparation, the polish will last and not chip for weeks. It actually shocks me every time! I wait for them to chip or look naff but it just doesn’t happen. Every single time I use Mavala nail polishes, I get bored of the colour before I need to take it off because they’re chipped or ruined. How mad is that!?

This range is festive winner for me! If you love sparkle and glamour, Twist & Shine is for you!
