Yardley London Autumn Perfume Must Haves

Autumn has arrived and with it: a chill in the air and a fresh need to layer up. If you’ve visited my blog before, you’ll know that I have written plenty about seasons changing, trends changing and reviews on perfumes and high end products. One of my most popular posts to date reveals how easy it is to layer your scents and perfumes. It is visited at least 5 times a week, every week. It’s a simple idea but when executed well, you are able to completely transform any outfit. I thought now would be the perfect time to introduce the new scents from Yardley London that I’m loving – perfect for Autumn layering!

Yardley London’s New Range

When it comes to high-end scents on a strict budget, Yardley London tick every single one of my boxes!

Not only are their products long-lasting and a tiny bit goes a long way but their packaging is always perfect.

Like many of you, I am a perfume hoarder. I parade my pretty perfume boxes, I keep minis from airports and I stockpile scents in time for big birthdays and Christmas.

The new Yardley London range is Autumn in a spritz.

Magnolia & Fig will have you in fruity floral heaven with one pump. It bursts with juice and has heady top notes of fig that are light and gentle on the nose.

There is a sweet hint of blackberry that will transport you to late Autumn afternoons before the rain comes, long walks with muddy boots, and grass that is soggy from dew.

Magnolia hits you at the end and is rich and luxurious smelling.

Perfume Layering

This gorgeous new set from Yardley London is an everyday wearer in my opinion. You can spritz the body spray on clothes before you head into a meeting, keep the handy lightweight bottle nearby when you leave the house, and refresh your scent on a night out.

The bottled perfume is also perfect for everyday wear. I always spray behind my ears, my wrists, and the inner crooks of my arms before getting out with the baby.

It’s long-lasting and a little top-up a few times a day is perfect to keep that scent lingering in your wake.

As this perfume is so floral and British in feeling, you can easily pair it with a lavender or neroli-based scent.

Lavender is one of my all-time favourite scents – I use it all over my house, I burn lavender candles before bed and my boarders are full of them.

A bright lavender-based spray or perfume would really lift this Yardley London range and transform it through Autumn and Winter and into Spring!
