Nivea’s Ultimate Pamper Night In

The salons are still closed, the chances of getting a facial or a pedicure are zero right now. But, we need pampering more than ever before. Luckily, I’ve joined with Nivea to bring you tips on how to have the ultimate pamper night from the comfort of your bed or sofa!

Pamper Must Haves

For me, you can’t have a pamper night without a face mask of some kind!

I massage my skin and make sure to get in all of the nooks of my face. Double cleansing is a game changer if you have combination skin like me.

Pamper Night Snacks & Drinks

I’ll be honest. My at home pamper night does not involve cucumber infused water or nibbles on fruit. It is a mess of prosecco, fruity ciders and loads of naughty food.

I’m a sheet mask, feet up, TV on and take away kind of girl!

Here is a list of my fave pamper night snacks:
– Sweets – I’m currently obsessed with strawberry laces
– Maltesers – my favourite chocolate
– Nachos – It’s so simple and quick and fills you up
– Hot chocolate with marshmallows and chocolate biscuits
– Your favourite take away. I’m 50/50 a Chinese and pizza girl. Pizza has my heart but if someone says the words Curry Sauce, I’m sold!

Pamper Night Films & TV

When I pamper, I put my phone away. No endless scrolling, no doom scrolling, no stalking. Put it in another room and do a foot mask so that you can’t go and get it without slipping all over the place.

Pamper night is for bingeing on your favourite TV shows and having a good old sing and cry to your favourite films.

My TV show picks:

• Grey’s Anatomy. I am 1000% addicted and currently on season 13 and I could easily polish off 3 episodes without blinking!
• This Is Us. Another recent discovery (thanks to my sister). It’s like therapy. Great if you need a good cry. Excellent for taking your mind off of the world
• Handmaid’s Tail. Wow every episode is wild. Perfect for some girl time.
• Ozark. This is one your guy wont mind joining you on. Suspense is a killer and I watched every episode thinking “How are they going to get out of this one!?”

My film picks:

• She’s The Man. An absolute classic that MUST be rewatched as often as possible.
• Grease. It’s just not a girls night in without that gorgeous chin dimple.
• Dirty Dancing. If you’re like me, you’ll be doing the lift, or trying to, all the way through the film. And, Patrick Swayze WOW
• Mean Girls. Loved it when I was a teenager, now I’m 28, it’s even funnier!
• The Notebook. Cue a good old cry, it’s good for the soul!
