If you read Nivea’s blog, you’ll have seen their recent blog post on why sustainability is so important. As a blogger and reader of blogs, this subject is something I am very passionate about. This blog post was not about why sustainability was important in general, it was about why it is important to Nivea. To go hand in hand with this, I was sent a lovely package to try their new eco focused range.
What Is In The New One Skin Range?
Naturally Good Milky Cleanser
Now, we all know that I love a good cleanser. The new Naturally Good range promises more than Nivea’s normal cleanser. It’s encouraged for daily use and is suited to all skin types. It is infused with green tea and it is filled with ingredients that will deeply moisturise your skin while it cleans it.
This cleanser smells lovely, it is hardy and gentle on skin. I’ve been using it everyday to clean my face and neck even on days when I’m not removing makeup. My skin feels even and soft and plumped.
Naturally Good Natural Hemp Seed Oil & Calming Lotion
This lovely lotion is made with 98% natural ingredients. The boom of hemp in things like skincare and lotions in the last year or so has been huge. I’m not surprised to see that Nivea have joined the trend.
The lotion is thick and creamy without any kind of fragrance. I’ve been suffering with stubborn patches of dry skin over the past few weeks due to weather changes and this lotion is already making a difference to how it looks and feels.
A perfect lotion for long summer days, your skin will feel hydrated for days!
Naturally Good Sensitive Day Cream
I’ll be honest: I ONLY ever use Nivea day and night creams. In the years that I’ve been trialing different skincare, I’ve never found any creams that work for my skin like Nivea’s.
I was thrilled to try this new day cream because I am really behind the ethos of this new range. Infused with chamomile, this day cream is super soft and a little goes a really long way.
I apply this cream in the morning before work and usually after a post-workout shower when my skin is red and angry-looking. Immediately after application, my skin relaxes and goes back to its normal colour. This cream lets my skin feel calm and even – a perfect start to the day!
Naturally Good Regenerating Night Cream
As I said above, I only ever use Nivea night creams – I rarely use any other brand. I absolutely love this night cream, regeneration is the keyword here.
The argon oil infusion is perfect for my skin. After a long day, my skin often feels tired and dehydrated and needs a hit of soothing oil. The cream is light and fluffy and doesn’t take a look to work it into the skin. I treat my skin with this every night and wake up with a clear complexion ready to start another day.
Face Cleansing Magic Bar
A lovely vegan friendly facial soap bar is exactly what my skin needs right now. With the ever changing weather and the application of sun creams and after suns, my skin feels very built up and dirty. Nivea are onto a winner with this soap – and it really is magic!
This lovely soap is free from plastic and comes in a 100% recyclable cardboard box, it’s also pH optimised for your skin.
As 2021 stretches into a (hopefully) warm summer, I am fully behind Nivea on their approach to go greener. A brand I love and trust making the steps in the right direction.

These are such good ecofriendly skin care options. I am going to switch to these. You mentioned how well they work for your skin. I have not tried Nivea products too much so I will give a go with some of these. Thanks for sharing Rosie!
