Mavala’s Graceful Lip Collection Review
You’ve seen Mavala’s brand new Charming nail collection, designed for Autumn. Today, it’s all about their gorgeous Graceful Lipstick collection. Get ready, this post is jam packed with lipstick flatlays, lipstick swatches, beauty shots and so much more. Autumn has arrived thanks to Mavala!
The Graceful Collection
This gorgeous collection, designed for Autumn beauty, comprises of six lipsticks that are all based around ruby reds, deep purples and chocolate browns. The Graceful collection has a lippie for your every Autumn outfit and mood!
The Range
Cognac
A beautiful deep red lip that is the same shade as my favourite Autumn red wine! Perfect for any outfits that have deep reds into them.
Magenta
The pinkest lippie in the collection – this will look great one skin that is a little paler – especially with rosey cheeks!
Acajou
The darkest brown with mahogany flecks that would perfect paired with smokey eyes!
Pourpe
The only purple shade in the Graceful collection – it is that perfect step between the reds and the deep browns.
Corallin
This pillar box red lippie shouts Autumn to me! It is so bright and happy, it will be my red lip staple for the rest of 2020!
Bourgogne
This lippie is reddy/brown and subtle. It’s a perfect lipstick for transitioning your styles into darker Autumn nights out. It gives me gothic vibes that I am so here for!
My Thoughts
I have to feel quite brave to wear lipstick – working from home these days and being super cautious about when and where I go out, I don’t always have the luxury of applying some lippie and going.
I’ve worked with many lipstick brands, like Nars, Antipodes and more but none go on quite like Mavala’s! Every lipstick in this collection glides on seamlessly without leaving any wrinkles or flecks of product that make your look seem messy. Each of the lipstick feels oil based and has some serious staying power. Normally, I remove my make up with micellar water and it usually does the job. However, these lipsticks needed a little more encouragement so I had to use wipes too!
The Verdict
I LOVE this new Graceful range. I think that it is super diverse, easy to mix and match and most importantly, has staying power!
Your lips and lipstick may not seem like a priority when we have to wear masks everywhere, but when you remove that mask at a safely, social distanced location (and you’re allowed to do so), your lipstick will be perfect and popping!
The many different colours represent so many different phases of Autumn and they are easy to pair with your changing wardrobe!
The Graceful collection gets a big fat seal of approval from me!
