Celebrate King Charles III Coronation – Outfit Edition

King Charless III coronation is on the horizon, we only have a few more days to get prepped and get in the festive spirit. I, for one, am very excited about celebrating this huge moment in history! I’ve been busy creating content to help you celebrate the coronation in style. So far, you’ve loved my Windsor content and my foodie inspirations. Today’s all about decking yourself out in style.

Celebrating The King’s Coronation

As a proud Windsor local (born and bred), the Royals have been a part of my culture and local life for as long as I can remember. As a nursery school child, my mum would take me to the castle to watch the changing of the guard every week. Every summer holiday, we took a free tour of Windsor Castle. The Long Walk is somewhere I walk with my baby every single week. I love where I live and I am excited to be a spectator during this historical time.

WHAT IS THE KING’S CORONATION DISH?

The recipe posted in a video on the royal family’s social media platforms includes spinach, broad beans, cheese and tarragon. On the Royal Family website, the dish is described as “a deep quiche with a crisp, light pastry case and delicate flavours of spinach, broad beans and fresh tarragon.”

WHAT TIME IS THE KINGS CORONATION 2023?

The Coronation service will begin at 11am at Westminster Abbey. After the Coronation service, their Majesties will return to Buckingham Palace as part of a larger ceremonial procession, known as ‘The Coronation Procession’. Their Majesties will travel in the Gold State Coach, drawn by 8 Windsor Grey horses.

IS KING CHARLES LIVING IN WINDSOR CASTLE?

King Charles is still using his existing suite of rooms at Windsor Castle but workmen have been seen in the late Queen’s apartments, suggesting he may plan to take then over sooner rather than later.
