The Best Skincare For Autumn 2021 | Urterkram Spicy Orange Blossom Review
The dark nights have crept in, sunshine has been replaced by dreary rain clouds and harsh winds and nights out have been replaced with nights in by the first. As much as I try to embrace the beauty of Autumn each year, my skin often has a hard time. The transition in weather, the moisture outside paired with putting the heating on plays havoc with my skincare. Luckily, this Autumn, I’ve found the best skincare for Autumn 2021. Introducing Urtekram and their delicious new Spicy Orange Blossom range.

Who Are Urtekram?
Recently, I was invited to join Urtkekram for a virtual event focused on mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation to introduce this new Spicy Orange Blossom range.
No one does virtual events like Spa PR & Urtekram.

Urtekram & Sustainability
Founded in Copenhagen in 1972 and in 2017 it was named as Denmark’s most sustainable brand!
Their formulas are certified by the Vegan Society, range from 99-100% natural, and are fully biodegradable. Amazingly, all of their packaging is plant-based and they only use renewable energy in all production.
In my opinion, Urtekram is the leaders in their field for their sustainability – they show brands what can be done and they do it with class and incredible products. I feel that other, competitor brands should sit up and listen to the Urtekram way!
The New Spicy Orange Range

Orange, in my opinion, is the colour of Autumn. This incredible new range is ideal for long Autumn days. The scent of spicy orange hits you as soon as you open the top of each product and the vegan range is ideal for giving a little back this season.
The range includes many items that focus on moisturising and hydrating your skin, washing and caring for your hair and giving you an all-round clean glow for the colder weather.
Here’s what you can find in the range:
Body Lotion
Body Wash
Hand Cream
Hand Wash
Ultimate Repair Shampoo
Ultimate Repair Conditioner
Day Cream
Gentle Cleansing Gel
Night Cream

My Favourites From The Range
2021 has been the new year of hand washing, hand sanitiser and cracked skin. Even though I’m super careful and try to say away from people, I am also obsessed with cleaning my hands.
The Hand Wash & Hand Cream are a game-changer for my sore skin.
The vegan formula makes them more gentle on my hands – especially when coming in from the cold – and the scent lingers without irritating the skin.
After giving my hands a good scrub, I slather them in the hand cream and take my time massaging it into my fingers, knuckles, backs of hands and wrists.
I allow myself 5 minutes of me-time to apply the cream and feel it working its magic instantly.
For hours afterwards, my hands smell like delicious spicy orange and feel as smooth as silk.
I also adore the brand new day cream. My mornings often look different from one day to another but one thing that stays consistent is my skincare routine.
Even while away in a sunny climate recently, I made sure my skincare as on point.
The day cream is everlasting, gentle and not too fragrant and strong. A little goes a long way and I enjoy working the cream into my neck and trouble areas.
Final Thoughts
I absolutely LOVE Urtekram for their ethos – that is a big win for me!
The products are of such great quality that they’ll have you buying them time and time again.
The fragrance element is a happy extra that isn’t overpowering or unpleasant.
Spicy Orange is the ultimate scent for a long, dark Autumn and this range will leave you washed, cleaned and hydrated!

I’ve never heard of this brand before, but it I’d love to try it. The smell does sound lovely and refreshing. I must admit, you had me at sustainability!

Thank you for this post Rosie! I need more moisturiser on my skin at this time of year, and I’ve noticed more dry skin since the weather has turned! I definitely need these recommendations, thank you 🙂
