A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be sent some samples from LQ Skin, Hair and Nails. Not heard of it? Oh you will!! I was ecstatic to receive my package in the post of seven daily supplements promising to replenish my tired, English-weather-stricken skin, over styled hair and nail polished nails.
